Danny was all of these things.
Tragically, on Saturday, December, 8, 2007, his life was cut short because of a senseless and selfish act. Danny and his wife Lauren had gone to his home town of Cape Coral, Florida to surprise his brother for his birthday. On their way into town Danny and Lauren were hit by a drunk driver. Danny was taken from us and Lauren was left critically injured. The driver left the scene and the Beougher family waits for answers.
UPDATE: There has been an arrest made in the case. 25 year old Ashley East has been arrested.
A hearing in the case took place on April 1, 2008. No Plea Deal was offered by the state.
The pre-trial date was July 22, 2008 but it has been delayed. Ashley remains in the custody of the Lee County Sheriff's Department awaiting trial.
CONVICTION
On February 15, 2010 Ashley East was sentenced to
25 years in Prison and 5 years on drug offender probation. She was ordered to pay for Lauren Beougher's medical bills and Danny's funeral expenses. She also will never hold a driver's license in the state of Florida.

I didn't know Danny personally but I do know family members from North Shore Childcare. This is such a senseless tragedy and I knew I had to do something. It may not be much, but I hope his family and friends find comfort in sharing memories of him.
