On September 15, 2009, Uncle Kracker released his 4th studio album. Happy Hour was due to be released in late 2007. Shortly before it's release, the project was scrapped and the recording process began again. After a long wait, patience has paid off. In my opinion, Happy Hour is Uncle Kracker's best release yet!
